Problem:
A locksmith tried to duplicate a key for a 2012 Kia Cerato using a Silca HYN14R (#33) key blank.
He selected the HYN14R profile on his Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 key cutting machine, but the tool failed to decode the key correctly. The probe missed the cuts, creating a bad key shape. To fix the shape, he had to decode the original key visually.
After cutting the new key, he noticed the tip was slightly shorter than the original. Because of this length difference, the new key only worked if it was pulled out of the lock just a little bit.

How to Fix It:
Do not cut the key by choosing the vehicle model or profile. Instead, use the Universal Duplication function on the machine.
Result:
The problem is solved, and the key now works perfectly.
