One customer reported that after charging Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine overnight, the battery only reaches a 3-bar level and won’t fully charge. After charging all night, the display immediately shows only 2 bars upon powering on.

New batteries have a protection mechanism:
They will fully charge the first time they are plugged in, but subsequently, they maintain a charge level of 85%. You can drain the battery a bit more and then keep it plugged in continuously to see if it will fully charge—Do not unplug it during this process.
