This issue is typically caused by an incorrect internal factory pinout or reversed polarity on the power switch/motor control wire harnesses.
The Solution: Correcting the Internal Wiring Sequence
To fix the non-stop spinning motor on your Condor XC-003, you need to open the machine’s casing and re-arrange the internal wiring sequence. Follow these steps:
1.Power Down & Unplug: Disconnect the machine entirely from the main power source before opening the chassis to avoid electrical shock.
2.Access the Internal Electronics: Open the device casing to locate the main wire harnesses connected to the switch and motor controller boards.
3.Inspect the Harness Pins: Locate the specific wire harness plug containing the red and black power leads.
4.Adjust the Wire Sequence: Carefully depin and swap the order of the red and black wires to reverse the shorted/incorrect circuit loop.
Correct Wire Harness Sequence:
Ensure the pin configuration matches the standard factory-corrected alignment (typically requiring a direct inversion of the primary red/black signal loop on the control block).
Once the red and black wires are properly adjusted to the correct sequence, reassemble the casing, plug the machine back in, and verify that the motor only activates when the manual handle or switch is engaged.
