One customer reported that when he used VVDI Prog 5.3.5 to read and write BMW CAS3+ 0L15Y, the software prompted that “Device Error, please check USB driver”.
Solution:
Step 1: Update VVDI Prog Software
Password: 123456
Step 2: Check USB Connection
Replace the USB cable and connect to a different USB port.
Step 3: Assess Hardware Condition
If the yellow indicator still fails to flash and you continue to receive the same error message, VVDI Prog Programmer is likely damaged. In this case, please return it to the factory for a refresh or repair.
