Customer Problem:
I used Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to read a VAG MQB49 5C key data, but there was key wiring diagram inside, and appeared the error message “Failed to obtain image”.
Solution:
1.Try switching to a different network connection and run the process again.
2.Re-download both the IMMO and Prog databases, then try again.
